Two days ago, one of our forum members sent me an email and asked me why she could not see any of the forum threads or post anything.  I couldn't understand why, so I created a new member for myself that did not have administrator privileges and found out I couldn't see or post anything myself.  I did a little more research and found out that as the forum administrator I needed to create member groups, put each member in a group, and then assign permissions for each group.  Oops!

I am sorry you all had to wait for me to do this, until I got an email from Joanne, I didn't even know I needed to do it.  Everything is working fine now - I think - but if you encounter problems with the forum, please send me an email telling me about it.  I am not a web guru and starting the forum was a new experience for me, so your input and reporting of problems is appreciated.

I also wanted to let you know that my youngest son, Rick (diskhead) has joined our forum.  Rick has more experience than I at online bookselling, but has recently been more involved in his music and full-time job, so he has slowed his online bookselling business.  He has a wealth of information about the business, so if I don't have an answer to your questions, he just might.
